To ensure ethical conduct and legal compliance within our organization, we have established an internal reporting office in accordance with §§ 12 – 18 of the HinSchG (German Whistleblower Protection Act), in the form of this Whistleblower System. This system is designed for the detection and prevention of violations.
All employees, as well as our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.), have the opportunity to report any violations of laws, our code of conduct, and guidelines – this can also be done completely anonymously.
